One system across districts

GST, e-invoicing and the accountant
Every system that touches money in India sits inside GST: invoice formats, HSN and SAC codes, place of supply logic that decides between CGST plus SGST and IGST, and returns that need data organised by rate and counterparty. Businesses above the turnover threshold generate e-invoices through the Invoice Registration Portal, and goods movement above the value threshold needs e-way bills. Retrofitting that into a live system is slow and risky.
We design the data model and documents for all of it from the first sprint, and we keep Tally as the ledger, fed automatically, because the accountant is not changing tools and should not have to.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies to any business processing personal data in India, with obligations on consent, purpose, data principal rights and breach notification. Customer, patient, student and employee data held across branches is in scope, and health data carries additional expectations.
